I have previously dealt with James when he was an agent in London so when I went to LA to look for a property it made sense to speak to him again. Having moved out of state we wanted to buy a house in our new location so we decided it was time to sell our condo in West Hollywood. We told Jon we needed to sell fast so we could put any proceeds from the sale towards the new house. Being out of state we needed a Realtor we could trust because we would not be physically present during the sale process. Jon went above and beyond what we could have asked of any Realtor.
