Sean Searls brings a relationship driven, service first approach to residential real estate across Los Angeles. He works with buyers and sellers throughout LA County, regularly servicing neighborhoods from the Valley to the Westside, including Encino, Sherman Oaks, Santa Monica, Culver City, and Marina del Rey. Sean enjoys helping clients navigate the diversity of Los Angeles and find the right fit based on lifestyle, value, and long term goals.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Sean has called Los Angeles home for the past decade. His deep familiarity with Southern California neighborhoods allows him to guide clients with confidence, informed by a strong understanding of local pricing trends, inventory shifts, and buyer behavior across the city.
Before entering residential real estate, Sean built his career in fast paced, relationship driven environments. He grew up working in his family’s restaurants, where he learned the importance of accountability, work ethic, and taking care of people. He later spent over a decade in sales within the commercial real estate technology space, working closely with owners, brokers, and investors. That experience sharpened his communication skills, follow through, and strategic mindset, all of which directly benefit his clients today.
Sean is known for being highly communicative, organized, and proactive. He takes pride in advocating for his clients and making what can feel like a complex process clear, manageable, and well supported. He began his real estate career by learning directly from experienced mentors and went on to close a deal in his first month as an agent.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys staying active, playing golf, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time at the beach with his wife and their dog. He is passionate about giving back and actively supports The Dream Foundation and The First Tee, reflecting his commitment to community and meaningful impact.
