We owe our home to Jon. He was dedicated and furiously devoted to us jumping in when we needed someone to be there to negotiate for us. He was also great at listening attentively to our requests and focusing to ensure the homes he showed us were the right fit. We felt safe that he was able to understand and communicate our needs. It was very clear the day he expressed to the listing agent how much we loved this house the day the seller decided to go with the highest bidder, putting us third on their list. He graciously asked the listing agent to call him if anything fell through. We assumed the house was gone from our lives and we actually decided to take a break from looking at other houses. Then a month later Jon unselfishly picked up his phone at 12pm on Memorial Day. It was the listing agent, and they called him to see if we were still interested in the house as the highest bidders funding fell through. Without hesitation he called us , gave us the exciting news, expressed to us the urgency of the matter (getting us out of the hotel pool), and then helped us write a strong offer which ultimately got us the home we thought we had lost. The listing agent said to us later that the seller sold the house to us for two reasons. One was that Jon picked up the phone on a holiday. The second was that Jon responded back to them with an offer within one hour from their phone call. They said they tried contacting the second place bidder and left a voicemail. The second place bidder eventually called back 3 hours later to hear that that seller accepted our offer. If it wasn’t for Jon’s willingness to please his clients and his unselfish relentlessness, we would have never gotten the home we loved from the beginning. To us he is THE agent.

I met Jon in one of his listing, and really liked his market knowledge, being straight forward and being realistic. He gives you the straight answer whether you like it or not, and unlike other agents never tells you what you like to hear to benefit himself. he is more like a consultant, than a agent, and whether you are selling or buying a home. He has a great team who are always there and very trustworthy. I would happily recommend Jon and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jon is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's incredibly professional, thorough and fantastic at walking you through everything. It was our first time buying a home and he held our hand entirely through the process. We also went to buy a second house with him this year, he worked tirelessly on it, it was a tough house and ultimately we decided collectively it wasn't the right move after all the crazy back and forth.
