As first time home buyers, we had a great experience working with Kevin, who is patient, friendly, incredibly professional, knowledgeable and always there to answer our questions. Jon worked with my husband and I on purchasing a home about three years ago to now selling that same property. He also assisted us in finding us a resource in the area that we wished to buy in as we relocated outside of Los Angeles. Through the entire transaction Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He had educated responses to all of our questions and was a guide through every decision we made. We had to sell our home quickly in order to purchase a new property and the buyer of our home was contingent on the sale of their home. Needless to say there was a lot of negotiation and patience required for this transaction and Jon was definitely the ideal agent through everything. We also had an issue with work done during the request for repairs when we purchased our LA home and when we went to sell he still had every single invoice and remembered every conversation that was had in order to make sure that we were taken care of. Kevin was our first point of contact for the Grauman team at The Agency. This group was the best experience I have ever had with a real estate team: it was above any expectations I had of the perfect brokers. This is how we met Kevin Stewart. We were without a broker and were calling listing brokers to show us their listed condo: we met a lot of brokers and were going to chose the favorite at the end of the day. Kevin was the most attentive and was clearly going to do a lot more work than anyone else. Although the condo he showed us was not for us, he quickly had several more which were tailor made for us. As we got toward making an offer, we met the rest of the Grauman team. We worked both with Kevin and with Lauren Grauman, although Amanda York did a lot of work arranging for workers to do some repairs at the new townhome prior to our moving in. After taking us through the process of buying a townhome, we then had the Grauman team list our original condo for sale. Jon Grauman and Kevin Steart had a meeting with us and a price was determined and we all agreed on the work to be done on the condo, small repairs and staging, prior to listing it. Each step of the way, Lauren Grauman, Kevin Stewart and Amanda York (behind the scene) did everything for us: they worked hard to hire contractors to fix up the condo, getting us the best prices on everything, walking us through the process step by step. They were always communicating immediately, usually daily, with updates on progress. They met each deadline that they set in the original meeting when the timeline was set. They had open houses each weekend and pursued interested parties. They easily could tell who was serious as a buyer and gave us advise and made excellent decisions at each choice point. I really never expected to get this type of above and beyond service from any broker. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in any price range.
