Jon, Lauren and Amanda were fantastic to work with on both the sale of my old condo and the simultaneous purchase of my new one. My situation was unusually complicated because the builder of the new unit I was buying repeatedly failed city inspections, meaning that the property I had under contract in late July of 2018 didn't end up closing until April 2019! In the mean time, my prior home had sold, causing me to need to lease-back my old place so I could remain there during the process. As a result, this team went to bat for me, negotiating per diem payments, moving expense compensation, and a significant price reduction from the developer of the new unit. Their skillful negotiation meant I wasn't out of pocket on the lease-back of my old place, and also got fair additional compensation for all my trouble and inconvenience. Throughout the process Lauren kept diligent track of all deadlines, amounts due for my lease-back, amounts due to me from the new developer, and constant updates on estimated move dates and progress with the new building. It was extremely convoluted and not something just any agent could have handled as well. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.
