I want you happy in your new home." so we dropped it, and voila, a few weeks later, we found my dream home. Wolf negotiated with the listing agent and was able to beat out two other buyers. So, he goes to bat for you. And makes sure you don't miss out. I've been living in my new home for a few months, and it is the greatest thing ever. All thanks to Wolf. He's my go to guy for every other property from now on.

Walter made our first time home buying process a breeze. We were hopeful we'd find a place relatively quickly as we're expecting our first child, and Walter was able to show us properties weekday or weekend as they came available.
