I had Cody list one of my development project and I was very pleased with my experience. His guidance with helping me get the house ready to have showings was very key to the succesful sale of the property. He was very transparent with buyer feedback, which was needed in order to make the proper adjustments to sell the home. With his high level of professionalism, he was able to negotiate keeping the escrow together even when us and the buyers didn't see eye to eye on the credit for repairs. Will definitely use again.
