Walter was very attentive and responsive throughout the home buying process! With Walter’s assistance over a two month period of time I looked at several properties, made offers on two places, one of which was accepted and closed escrow. Not only was Wolf very cool, fun, and personable, he was also a great listener - always sharply discerning our needs, wishes, and styles. He was indefatigable, always willing to show us another property, no matter how many properties we'd seen. He was flexible and helpful, congenially wrangling our toddler at times so that we could give our attention to a property. He was a straight shooter, sharing from his perspective and experience. He was invested and committed, helping us to win our house once we'd found it. He was caring beyond the sale, invested in our safety and well-being in our new home. We loved working with Feroz! He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and guided us through the purchase of our first home. He took the time to explain every step of the process and answer all our questions. Feroz understands the dynamics of the purchase and negotiation, and I definitely credit a large part of us getting the house in a competitive situation to him!
