We just wanted to take a moment to write a heartfelt letter of recommendation for Jon Grauman. We started our home search one year ago and met with 4 different potential agents to represent us. All but Jon were either college friends or family referrals. Jon came to us via a work colleague’s recommendation, so he had the most to prove. We first met him at his office and were impressed by the upscale location and vibe, but concerned that there was no way an agent from what struck us as such a high-end office would be interested in helping us find our first (and lower budget) home. However, all of our perceived ideas were banished after meeting Jon.
