Originally from the Philadelphia area, Steven completed his undergraduate studies in Philadelphia before continuing his education in New York City through a conservatory program. These formative experiences, combined with his professional work serving high-end clientele, cultivated a calm presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and intention. Today, those qualities define his real estate practice.

Steven specializes in guiding clients through meaningful real estate decisions with confidence and ease. He is known for his meticulous preparation, steady follow-through, and ability to simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process. After 17 years in West Hollywood, he now calls Sherman Oaks home, where he has lived for the past five years, offering firsthand insight into neighborhood nuances, lifestyle differences, and micro-market dynamics across Los Angeles. He serves clients throughout Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Pasadena, Altadena, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Encino, and the Hollywood Hills.

Beyond real estate, Steven is deeply committed to community and mentorship. For nearly eight years, he has been actively involved with Gays With Kids, a nonprofit organization supporting LGBTQIA+ adults building families, where he serves as a mentor. He also sits on the advisory board for Mindful Healing, reflecting his long-standing dedication to service and advocacy.

When not working with clients, Steven spends most of his time with his son and a close circle of friends who feel like family. He enjoys traveling, photography, and discovering new plant-based restaurants throughout the city.
