I met Mike at the open house for the condo next to mine and was impressed by how quickly he sold it, so when it was time for me to list, calling him was a no-brainer. My husband and I are so lucky to be working with Mike in the process of buying our first condo. As someone who is already an anxious person, buying a property for the very first time is quite possibly one of the most nerve-wracking decisions we've had to make yet. Mike won the bid on my new house on our first try. If that’s not a convincing measure of success, I don’t know what is. I reached out to Mike via a recommendation after having lost 11 consecutive bids with a previous agent. He asked me to walk him through my experiences, and was able to identify some areas where we could differentiate ourselves from other bidders. After a few house tours, I found my house. It had everything I was looking for, in an area I had previously looked at and appealed to me. Then Mike went to work. We settled on a fair market bid for the house, bid aggressively, and offered terms we felt would be super-competitive in the already competitive Southern California region. After a quick counter-offer stage, we won the bid. Thanks to Mike’s advice, our offer was clearly the most attractive of the nearly two-dozen bids on the house. Mike made himself available for any question I had through the escrow process. No matter how small or esoteric, he was there to answer my question and calm my nerves. He was ready with recommendations on inspectors, contractors, termite treatments, you name it. The escrow process went about as smoothly as I could have imagined. All thanks to Mike.
