Originally from the Texas Hill Country, Kellam was introduced to real estate at an early age while accompanying his mother on showings and witnessing firsthand the impact a home can have on someone's life. Nearly a decade into his career, including five years building his business in Atlanta, he brings a broad perspective on how people live, what they value, and how a home shapes their stories.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Marketing and Communications, Kellam's background spans marketing, entertainment, hospitality, and content creation. His approach is both strategic and creative, grounded in authentic relationships, thoughtful guidance, and a deep understanding of each client's goals.

Now based in Los Angeles, Kellam serves clients seeking a home that aligns with their next chapter throughout West Hollywood, Melrose/Fairfax, Beverly Grove, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, and surrounding neighborhoods. Having relocated several times himself, he understands both the excitement and uncertainty that come with starting fresh.

Outside of real estate, Kellam finds inspiration in travel, architecture, design, and exploring the unique character of different communities. Whether he's discovering a new coffee shop, vintage treasure hunting, or planning his next adventure, he's always drawn to the spaces and experiences that make a place feel like home.
