Jessica’s career began with a remarkable start, earning Rookie of the Year honors at Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty in 2020 and closing $11 million in sales volume during her first year. Since then, she has expanded her expertise to include luxury leases, short-term rentals, and high-end property management in some of California’s most prestigious neighborhoods, including Bel Air. Her diverse experience allows her to seamlessly navigate everything from first-time home purchases to complex luxury transactions.
Known for her empathy, clear communication, and commitment to her clients’ best interests, Jessica understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming. Originally from Waterloo, Nebraska, Jessica earned her degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Outside of work, she is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys lifting, yoga, hiking, and longboarding, and can often be found exploring new restaurants, traveling, or spending time at the beach with her beloved 15-year-old senior dog, Bear.
