With seven years of experience in real estate, Dylan King brings a unique blend of market knowledge, strong communication, and “white glove” service to every client relationship. Based on the Westside of Los Angeles, Dylan specializes in neighborhoods including West LA, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Westwood.
Originally from the small town of Fishersville, Virginia, Dylan grew up in the Shenandoah Valley before attending Virginia Commonwealth University. His early career as a general manager for two businesses sharpened his ability to balance complex responsibilities while always putting people first. He later joined CoStar Group in Commercial Analytics, where he built relationships with top commercial brokers and gained firsthand insight into how the best in the business operate—an experience that sparked his passion for residential real estate.
Since entering the industry, Dylan has closed 32 transactions across buy, sell, and lease, representing more than $20 million in volume. Known for his expertise with first-time buyers, Dylan has also built a reputation for proactively uncovering off-market opportunities. Clients describe him as a steady presence throughout the process—calm, supportive, and always ready to negotiate fiercely on their behalf.
