Courtney is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. We were searching for our first home, so we had all the questions and had no idea what to expect other than escrow and inspections. Courtney was there for support the entire way from searching what was available to closing escrow and receiving our keys and setting up our utilities! She had the answer to all our questions and truly listened to what we wanted. We spent countless hours visiting houses all over Los Angeles that matched our criteria, Courtney had so many to show us and was able to come up with way more options than we could ever find on our own. Within a month we found the one and went into escrow, she's very much a reasonable negotiator, she understands when and how to propose certain terms in addition to the payment price offer and how to communicate effectively with the seller/seller's agent.
