I’m not quite sure how to put into words my gratitude for Cody. I’m overwhelmed with so many positive emotions when thinking of him. My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Cody when buying our first home and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience with him. From start to finish, Cody demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that wildly exceeded all our expectations. Cody is so knowledgeable of the housing market. I had SO. MANY. QUESTIONS. because I quite literally didn’t know the first thing about buying a home. Cody answered all of our questions very patiently, honestly, and in terms that we could understand (I didn’t even know the definition of appraisal when we started the home buying process). I’m sure I asked the same questions about 40 times, but he treated me with so much respect and care and genuinely wanted to make sure my partner and I felt comfortable. What truly sets Cody apart is his exceptional communication skills. He kept us informed every step of the way, promptly returning our calls and addressing any concerns we had. We talked with him on the phone almost every day, asking questions and discussing the process and he always made time for us. Buying a house is stressful, and Cody's responsiveness and accessibility gave us peace of mind and really put us at ease. Lastly, Cody's negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH. He was able to talk the sellers into giving us a massive credit on our home to fix up some damages and cover the majority of our closing costs. The sellers also created some more damages when moving out, and Cody promptly called them and he was able to get those fixed for us right away! My mind has just been constantly blown at how proactive and attentive he is to anything we may need. He’s superhuman. Cody is so kind and so personable. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel supported and valued as clients. We wholeheartedly recommend Cody to anyone in search of a real estate agent who is committed to providing an outstanding experience. He’s a true gem and I don’t think we’ve ever met and worked with anyone quite like him. If I could give him a million stars on Zillow, I would. Throughout the process of finding our home in Beverly Hills, Cody truly listened to our priorities and specs and went above and beyond in every area. Words can't describe how positive my home buying experience was with Cody. This was a huge step for me as a first-time home buyer, who was going at it alone. I really had no clue what I was doing. I was worried that a real estate agent wouldn't want to work with me, as I didn't really know what I was getting into and knew I would have a million questions throughout the process. Not with Cody. He never made me feel less than. I always felt like I was his #1 client, and I know he has many. He was there for me - whether it was via email, text, phone call - answering my numerous questions and guiding me through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgable! I cannot stress this enough. Not only does he know about the market and houses, but about contractors, inspections, codes and laws, mortgage rates and the difference between certain lenders, the perks and downfalls in specific areas, vendors that are really great (i.e. home security, flooring, termite inspections, etc) - literally he knows everything. As you look for a real estate agent, please remember that it is an emotional, stressful, and taxing process. You need someone who treats you with respect, is patient, and knows absolutely everything that comes into play when buying a house. Cody is the man for the job. I should also mention, that not only is he extremely responsive, but he has a wonderful sense of humor and is a true joy to be around. The dozens and dozens of showings we went to together were actually fun and enjoyable because of his positive attitude and friendliness. I felt like I had a partner through the whole process, and one that was an expert. Cody never felt like some typical real estate agent who just wanted to sell a house and make money. I looked at every property on MLS that came through that fit my price range. And the one property that I disregarded because of what ended up being a stupid reason was the property that became my little dream home. It was Cody who encouraged me on a day of showings to take a look at it, as he knew it was a gem and knew exactly what I was looking for. He was right. Cody, thank you for (politely) pushing me out of my comfort zone. Because of you, I am living in my first home that is absolutely spectacular!

Working with Cody and Team was an incredible experience! So many positive things I could speak too, but the focus I want on this review is Cody’s follow up, communication, execution and ability to negotiate. Prior to putting my home on sale, I was still a little apprehensive, however, Cody continuously followed up with me, provided market intel, gave his honest opinion and most importantly, was patience with me while I made my decision on selling my home. Once I decided to sell my home is where is Cody and company won me over! Prior to the decision, I had found my future home and had 45 days to close on it, however, selling my home was a contingency of me being able to close on my new home. Meaning, writhing 45 days, we needed to put my home on the market, take photos, videos, get it ready for staging and find a buyer who could close all in 30 days! Long story short, not only did Cody achieve this monumental task but he did in record time with multiple offers on the table and eventually accepting an offer 50K above my asking price w/ a waived appraisal contingency!
