Bennett Bidwell

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Bennett brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, design sensibility, and strategic insight to his work in Los Angeles real estate. A graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, where he studied Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship, Bennett began his career in commercial acquisitions and development at Regency Centers. This was an experience that gave him a strong foundation in valuation, project management, and deal strategy.

Raised in a real estate family, Bennett developed a deep appreciation for the business early on, helping to grow a rental portfolio in the Cleveland metro area before pursuing his dream of building a career in Los Angeles. Today, he’s channeling that experience into a passion for representing clients throughout the city, with a special focus on mid-century modern homes in and around Laurel Canyon.

Known for his empathy and creative vision, Bennett approaches each transaction with care, authenticity, and an ability to see the hidden potential in every property. His background in design and renovation allows him to guide clients not just in buying and selling, but in reimagining what a home can become.
