Wolf is an incredibly affable and competent realtor. The rental property I ended up leasing with him was already lovely, but he was fastidious in his refurbishment of the space prior to the move-in date replacing appliances, re-grouting the tub, repainting and having everything thoroughly cleaned. I would highly recommend him and will certainly be enlisting his services if I ever purchase a home in the future.

We were concerned about how long the the home would be on the market. He gave us a realistic prediction and it he was right.
