When I met Amanda I was a little overwhelmed by the pace of the housing market as well as the amount of information and areas I had to look through in order to find a home. When I met Amanda in 2016, I told her that I wasn't ready to purchase for at least another 6 months. Instead of writing me off, she continued to stay in communication and would send me notable sales and market stats that made me very knowledgable about the area. Not only did this make the process a lot smoother when it came time to start seeing places but since I am unfamiliar with LA, it made it easier for me to figure out what neighborhood I did want to live in.
