She is also really good at being patient and not putting any pressure on us (first time home buyers) to make any rushed decisions. Feroz went above and beyond to make sure we found our perfect home. He took a very personal yet professional approach to helping us. He was always available when we needed him and was very critical of each home we saw ie. not just eager to make a sale. He knew so much and taught us so much! We are so thankful that we had him and now could not be more in love with the home he got us. Also, I should add he is still a part of our lives. He sends us updates when something happens in the area that could change our property value and is available for home owner questions whenever we need.
