I have to be honest with you, I'm 52 years old, I've been in Los Angeles for over 30 years, I've rented many homes, most (ALL) of the homes I've rented were basically rented out of frustration of the real estate agent(s) never being able to find me exactly what I wanted, or even close to it, and because of my time constraint(s), I would just end up renting what I thought was the best of the worst 5-10 homes that I saw and the one that was closest to my taste. They say if you can only find 3 out of 10 things about a home that you don't like, then you've done well, I find myself with these other agents always settling for 6 or 7 out of 10 things that I didn't like. Yes! I'd switched agents many of times, still with no luck. So this time around I decided forget the agent, I'm going to find a home myself, one that I'd love to live in! Well after almost a year of searching through Zillow and other listing services, I finally found it! I couldn't wait to see it! My fear was I was going to meet another agent who was eager and pushy for my business because I was just coming to see it, out of the blue, without any representation, that definitely wasn't the case here. I arrived at the home, exit my car, and there stood Wolf with the most welcoming smile. He wasn't pushy by any means, he was very kind & gentle and really cared about my wants and needs. I felt like he was someone I had known for years, since childhood. At that first meeting, after the walk through the house, I explained to Wolf certain situations in my life at the moment and he just softly asked me, "is this the home you really like?" I expressed my excitement with a quick, "YES." He said I will do everything in my power to make this happen for you. I was excited, but doubtful. In meantime, just from speaking with me in the house, he picked up on my personality and the things I liked about the home. When I got home later that evening he sent me an email stating that he's going to send me an application for the home but just in case anything goes wrong, and I'm not saying that it will, here's a listing of some other homes that you might fine interesting. He literally sent me other homes that I liked and had already seen, that's how in tune he was with my whats and needs. His style of detail and getting a deal done is unmatched with anyone I've ever worked with! "HE REALLY LISTENS TO YOU which is SO IMPORTANT." He works day & night and answers every time you call and if he doesn't pick up, best believe he will call you back within 15 minutes. At times when I felt unsure about the deal actually going through, he would always say something positive to make me feel better about everything. I can honestly say that: (i) I'm a very/extremely picky person; (ii) I never ever write reviews online, this is my first one; (iii) If Wolf didn't stand out as the exceptional human that he is, I definitely wouldn't have taken the time out to write review. Wolf Amer has me for a client for life! I will introduce all of my business associates, who are looking to purchase a home, to him and I know, they too will see what I saw in him.
