I worked with Shay to sell my Aunt's home. My aunt passed away and I live in San Francisco and actually have never met Shay. All our interactions have been over the phone. I interviewed a bunch of realtors and she came highly recommended from a family friend. Shay made the sales process so easy and smooth. She helped prep my aunt's house for sale, arranged all the contractor's to repair items, and I was impressed with how she marketed the property. She was extremely organized and had a great plan. I have a demanding job and Shay went above and beyond to make sure everything was the sale went ok. She was proactive in contacting me and providing me with updates.
